Sheila grew up in San Jose, CA and a few years ago, relocated to Wisconsin with her family. She has been together with her husband Frank for 24 years and they have 3 wonderful children (Emily, Frank and Grace) as well as a 4 year old yellow lab named Blondie. The move to Wisconsin was centered around the great public school system in Wisconsin and the Eau Claire area.

After 12 years of full time parenting, Sheila started working at Gateway Chiropractic Center because of a strong belief in Chiropractic as a natural approach to healthcare.

In her free time, Sheila enjoys reading a good mystery book, walking the hills in her neighborhood and monthly get togethers with her friends. Sheila and her family love Wisconsin for the beautiful seasons, abundant wildlife and friendly people. Her general feeling toward life is ‘Attitude is everything and life is short so live it right!’
